“We appreciated the attention given to the small details, especially around the edges and transitions between the pool and patio. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property throughout the project. The finished pool area is exactly the kind of outdoor space we wanted.”

“We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“Workers were focused and met daily goals to finish patio as scheduled. They cleaned up daily. When final project was done, another project manager was on scene to overlook the deck. I’m pleased with outcome”

“The design came out modern, clean, and very high-end. The floating vanity, lighting, and wood details completely transformed the space. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and finished everything on time. Special thanks to Eden and John for being so helpful and making the whole process smooth. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them!”

“, floor to ceiling, and outdoor. The experience they have makes it easier to find solutions to any issues that occur, from plumbing to electrical, and design of course. Rachel has a huge list of sources for beautiful features for any style and great designing eye, so without her I would be lost in the sea of possibilities online, which saved me a lot of time and money.Remodeling can be an awful experience, and after working with Locali Builders, and hearing horror stories from friends who are dealing with unresolved issues months after, I appreciate them even more.Highly recommended!”

“Our kitchen now feels like something out of a design magazine—sleek cabinetry, stunning quartz countertops, flawless backsplash, and functional layout improvements that have completely changed how we use the space. The bathroom transformation is just as impressive. From the modern tile work to the high-end fixtures and thoughtful lighting, it's now our little sanctuary. The workmanship is top-notch. You can tell they don’t cut corners—everything feels solid, precise, and built to last. Matan brought in great energy and a "no problem is too big" attitude that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He’s not just a contractor—he’s a problem-solver, a creative thinker, and someone who treats your home like it’s his own. We’ve worked with other contractors in the past, and this experience was night and day. MJLA Builders delivered on every promise—and then some. I’d recommend Matan and MJLA Builders to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for making our home beautiful—we truly love it!”
