Elizabeth V. says, “We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””
Gilly Shaeffer says, “Everything they do is designed to achieve high quality results with as little stress as possible. It starts with good communication. They listen carefully, to make sure they understand your priorities, then work with you to achieve them on a pre-agreed schedule within the constraints of your budget. As for the results, they speak for themselves! isa says, “Great design by Ken, modern style and we love it.They are truly the best for remodeling. My friend will hire them too to fix the roof :)Thanks !!”
ATL ATL says, “They improved the concrete area, upgraded our outdoor kitchen/bar space, and installed a beautiful patio cover that gave us the shade we were missing. The whole area feels so much more usable now.The team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Were very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them!”
Shearvon Watkins says, “From the beginning, he listened carefully to what I wanted and helped me make smart choices about materials and design. The crew was respectful of my home, showed up on time, and cleaned up every day before leaving. Tomas stayed on top of everything, checking in often and making sure the work matched the plan. The result looks beautiful and feels brand new. Its such a nice change to walk in and see everything done exactly the way I hoped.”
Sonia G. says, “Workers were focused and met daily goals to finish patio as scheduled. They cleaned up daily. When final project was done, another project manager was on scene to overlook the deck. I’m pleased with outcome”
