On the date of the event, Chef Jason and and his assistant Jazz showed up on time and with everything they needed, and got straight to cooking . We started with a large charcuterie board for the group that we all got to graze on while they prepared the dinner. To start we had a garden salad with a delicious dressing. Our main course was filet mignon on top of wasabi mashed potatoes with a side of perfectly cooked asparagus to finish with dessert we had the most delicious banana pudding that everyone loved he even accommodated our gluten-free friend. I could not have been happy with my decision to go with The Crain Experience. I was so happy that we did choose the full catering service because we didn’t have to do anything else like clean a dish or clear the table I’m sure I will be seeing them again, my friends could not have been happier with their meal.
