From beginning to end, his professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, patience, and extraordinary attention to detail exceeded every expectation I had. Finding someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and treats your home with the same level of care and respect they would their own is rare. Marlon is absolutely one of those people. I initially reached out regarding raccoon activity around my property, but what started as a concern about raccoons turned into a comprehensive inspection, cleaning, repair, and prevention service that I didn’t even realize my home needed. Marlon went above and beyond to ensure that my property was not only properly cleaned and treated but also protected against future rodent and wildlife activity. He thoroughly inspected the perimeter of my home, identifying areas of concern that I would have never noticed myself. He removed raccoon feces from both my front and backyard lawns and, to my surprise, discovered additional droppings on my ROOF! I had absolutely no idea raccoons were even getting up there. Rather than simply cleaning the affected areas and calling it a day, Marlon took additional preventative measures. He installed deterrent spikes in strategic locations to discourage raccoons from walking along my gate and accessing my roof. He also strategically placed two traps and explained that if an animal is caught, I can contact him immediately for safe removal. But his attention to detail didn’t stop there. During his inspection, Marlon discovered evidence of mice and rats around the perimeter of my property and in areas inside my home, including the attic, behind my stove, and behind my refrigerator. What made this particularly alarming was that I had NEVER seen a mouse or rat inside my home or noticed any signs of rodent activity. Naturally, learning that there were rodent droppings in areas I couldn’t see was concerning. However, Marlon was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining what he discovered and how he intended to address it. He carefully removed the droppings, cleaned and disinfected the affected areas, and applied repellents as part of his preventative treatment. He then went into my attic and performed an incredibly detailed inspection and cleanup. He sealed vulnerable openings and vents, addressed potential entry points from both the interior and exterior, and repaired flexible ductwork that had been partially damaged or showed signs of possible rodent activity. My attic is now significantly better protected against unwanted visitors, and I have peace of mind knowing that areas I would have never thought to inspect have been addressed. And if that wasn’t enough, Marlon discovered a bird’s nest that I didn’t even know existed, along with a wasp nest nearby! Both were safely removed. He also noticed that the door leading to my water heater was damaged and wasn’t closing properly. Without overlooking the issue, he repaired it so that it now sits flush, eliminating a small opening at the bottom that could have provided another entry point for rodents. THIS is what separates Marlon from someone who simply comes to complete a job. He looks at the bigger picture. He doesn’t just address the obvious problem. He investigates WHY it’s happening, identifies additional vulnerabilities, and takes the necessary steps to help prevent it from happening again. What impressed me equally was his work ethic. Marlon arrived on time, maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, and worked independently with an impressive level of focus, patience, and professionalism. He was quiet, respectful of my property, incredibly efficient, and never made me feel as though he was rushing through the job. He took his time walking the perimeter of my home, carefully examining areas that could easily have been overlooked. Every detail mattered to him, and it showed in the quality of his work. Even after completing such an extensive amount of work, his commitment hasn’t ended. He has arranged to return for maintenance inspections, will respond if the raccoons are caught, and is also planning to address an exposed opening in the concrete slab in my garage. This company is absolutely amazing and super professional!!!I had a rodent issue in my home because my next-door neighbors were dealing with an infestation and they started making their way into my place also. I tried handling it myself at first, but I honestly DONT recommend that because it ended up getting worse and I realized they were multiplying very fast. That was very stressful!Thats when I decided to call Rodent Masters after another neighbor recommended them. Funny enough, it ended up being a few of us neighbors on the same street using their services.At first we were even confused because we kept hearing noises in the walls and thought it might be something else like ghosts lol but it turned out to be rodents.The owner was very helpful, patient, kind and the staff was super professional and easy to work with.
