Fatima aka Tima S. says, “We had a wonderful experience with Castle Rock Pest Control. Not every situation is the same, but in our case, the owner took the time to thoroughly inspect the area and even used a camera to confirm there were no critters in the burrow before recommending a solution. That level of care and attention immediately gave us confidence that he was focused on solving the problem properly, not just selling a service. He arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really impressed me was how quickly he was able to assess the situation and come up with a practical solution. He proceeded with installing mesh around our concrete patio and offers a lifetime guarantee on his work. We were specifically looking for a humane approach, and we appreciated that his solution did not involve bait, recurring treatments, or ongoing costs. It was a straightforward, one-time service backed by a lifetime guarantee, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. It's rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, communicative, efficient, fairly priced, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We were very impressed from start to finish and are so glad we chose Castle Rock Pest Control. I would happily recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.”
