“Oksana was very thorough and explained everything as she went.”

“Very soon after posting my request on Thumbtack, I received a message from Ryan stating he could do the job that same day, which was amazing. I had reached out multiple ways to the local exterminator who helped us with the box elder bugs last time and never heard back, so getting such a quick response was a very nice surprise. I was at work when he first arrived, so Ryan kept me posted along the way as he found issues. He took care of the pesky bugs and offered his help with other things around the house as he has connections with other trades. I appreciated that as my husband has cancer and isn't able to do everything he used to do. Ryan was very professional, and I thought the price was very reasonable. We would definitely hire him again.”

“If you're looking for pest control that puts your family’s safety first, call ShieldPointPM! The technician Josh (who is also an owner-certified tech) helped us with spiders and fruit flies, and both issues have completely stopped since his visit. He took the time to do a thorough treatment in the basement, unfinished spaces, and around the entire exterior perimeter. What impressed me most was that he didn't just walk in and start spraying insecticides all over our indoor baseboards. He explained his whole method, demonstrated great attention to detail, and ensured everything was safe for everyone in our home. Truly professional service from start to finish!”
