“So refreshing to work with! I first contacted them last night around 10:30pm. It’s now 11:45am and they’ve already been here to service my home. Incredible responsiveness. Kind and helpful technician. I definitely plan on using them again.”

“Better Termite & Pest Control was professional in determining the scope of the project. I contacted several service providers, and only Better Termite came back with a response that seemed like a tailored solution. And it's most cost effective. They also came back as planned.”

“Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!!”

“We were very impressed with everything start to finish. The call to schedule was courteous & informative. Right up front I knew what to expect & how to proceed. The timeline, cost, & application process, along with pet guidelines was thorough. Kevin was our “bug guy” & he was personable & professional. He examined the areas of treatment thoroughly & explained the application & possible next steps if needed. He was reassuring & there was no upsale or pressure to buy into a program of service. The whole experience was affordable & easy & I wouldn’t second guess who to call for future needs. They will be our go to bug business should we need help in the future!”

“I was stressed after working with a pest control service for over 6 months to deal with mice. During the initial visit Private Pest Detectives identified many access points the mice were using and put together a plan to rodent-proof my home. The service day went smoothly. I appreciated the level of detail to identify the entry points and document the work done to solve the problem. The 6-month warrant was a plus. Very pleased. Highly recommend.”

“Professional technician, was on time and explained the process thoroughly.”
