“On time, courteous and technician was very professional”

“I highly recommend Martin and his crew for attic remediation work! Martin helped us with a comprehensive rodent issue in our attic - from the initial cleanup of droppings to complete insulation removal and sealing every possible entry point. What really impressed me was his thoroughness and commitment to solving the problem completely. He didn't just do the work and leave; he came back multiple times to monitor rodent activity and make sure the issue was truly resolved. His attention to detail in finding and sealing all the holes gave us peace of mind that we wouldn't be dealing with this problem again. Martin was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. We're also very thankful that his pricing was really good - excellent value for such quality and thorough work. If you're dealing with attic rodent issues, Martin is the person to call!”

“Moses and Kayden were super knowledgeable about bugs and finding and treating ants. Would recommend Insight.”

“Santanas Insulation LLC, specifically Elio and Santiago, provided excellent service for our raccoon exclusion and attic remediation at White Center. They were highly responsive, arriving within a day of contact. Their inspection was thorough and professional—they identified issues others had missed, wore proper protective gear, and provided a fair, itemized estimate with clear service tiers. After we selected them, they completed the work in three to four hours, including sealing roof openings, installing exterior mesh, and sanitizing the attic. Their before-and-after documentation was detailed. While we handled animal eviction separately, their attic and insulation work was excellent and professional throughout.”

“Best in town, would highly recommend them with their professionalism”

“I’m very happy with the work Lake Atitlan Insulation did. First, they cleaned my entire crawl space. The next day, a plumber from another company I hired fixed the broken pipes. On the final day, the team came back to install new plastic, do the Rodent Exclusion, and add new insulation. Everything was done smoothly and professionally. My crawl space is now clean and protected, and I can feel the difference in my home. Highly recommended!”
