“Poetic Handyman Services exceeded my expectations! I had three toilets replaced—one of which was a smart toilet—and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professionally handled from start to finish. The team arrived on time, came fully prepared, and worked with great care and precision. They were knowledgeable about the smart toilet installation, which can be a bit tricky, and made sure everything was connected properly and functioning perfectly. I appreciated their attention to detail, especially when it came to cleanup and leaving the work area spotless. Their communication throughout the job was clear and courteous, and they took the time to answer any questions I had. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows. I highly recommend Poetic Handyman Services for any plumbing or home improvement needs. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!”
