“We had a great experience! They were very responsive and arrived on time. Got to work and replaced some pipes under the house and did some work under our kitchen sink. They did great work and even vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use them again, when needed.”

“I had originally contacted this company to install a new sink in my garage, but I eventually decided to go with another company. When this gentleman came to look at the work, I wasn’t home, but my eldest son was, so we spoke over the phone. Even after learning that I wasn’t going ahead with their company, he didn’t just leave. He took the time to show my son how to use the covers to protect the outside taps, even though it was extremely cold and the taps had already started to freeze. Thank you, sir. As someone from another country who was still learning how things work in a new environment, that small act of kindness meant a lot to me.”

“Wesley was so kind and helpful! We had an issue with our water heater and a leaky pipe, and he was able to fix it all our problems. We will absolutely be asking for him in the future for any of our future needs!”

“I had five plumbing companies come out for a buried pressure-reducing valve and a 40-gallon gas water heater. Garrett Mechanical was the only one who gave me a fair quote, significantly cheaper than the others — and they could come the next day. The PRV job was harder than a normal swap because the meter is underground, so they had to dig a big hole and replace it. They didn’t charge extra for that labor. They were also transparent on the water heater: the price, what went to labor, and what was included. They have a better than expected two-year labor warranty. They were on time, professional, and easy to work with, and finished both jobs in one afternoon even with the digging. A few days later everything is still running fine. Really appreciate it.”

“Definitely would recommend this company for your plumbing needs!”

“This company was very efficient with both their work and their time. Communication was upfront and easy. Everyone was friendly, nice, and respectful of my place, and they didn't leave a mess. I would highly recommend using your company again. I will let you know when we have new projects in the works.”
