“UPDATED My original 1 star review to 5 stars. I originally had a horrible experience because I didn't have a plumber even show up (with no communication). However, someone reached directly out, apologized, and sent me a fantastic plumber first thing the next morning. Connor was absolutely fantastic, and is the sole reason I'm moving my rating all the way up to five. Not only was he easy to work with, but he was super fast and he did a phenomenal job with our pipe and sump pump replacement. I was so anxious about it all leading up to the service, but it was easy to trust Connor to do an amazing job at a fair price.”

“The first company did not blink twice when I asked for a quote to replace. Titan recommended a service instead of upselling me, as it turns out my water heater is top of the line and has another 5-10 years in it, even though it is at least 15 years old.”

“Dr Pipe Metro was awesome. I called him on Tuesday afternoon and he was able to come out on Wednesday to install a new toilet. Extremely knowledgeable and professional at a great price. I will definitely use them again!”

“My new faucet install was done quickly and professionally. I recommend them.”
