“UPDATED My original 1 star review to 5 stars. I originally had a horrible experience because I didn't have a plumber even show up (with no communication). However, someone reached directly out, apologized, and sent me a fantastic plumber first thing the next morning. Connor was absolutely fantastic, and is the sole reason I'm moving my rating all the way up to five. Not only was he easy to work with, but he was super fast and he did a phenomenal job with our pipe and sump pump replacement. I was so anxious about it all leading up to the service, but it was easy to trust Connor to do an amazing job at a fair price.”

“The first company did not blink twice when I asked for a quote to replace. Titan recommended a service instead of upselling me, as it turns out my water heater is top of the line and has another 5-10 years in it, even though it is at least 15 years old.”

“He made sure to fit me in his schedule and made extra time to go back and forth for supplies to get the job done. He was dependable and came when he said he would. I feel he did honest work and I will reach out to him in the future!”

“He was courteous, responded in a timely fashion, was knowledgeable and professional, and had his own equipment. I would definitely recommend him to future clients. Thanks Kyle!”
