“We ran into some unexpected problems when he went to install it, including a bad shut off valve, having to rework the vanity cabinet to get the top to fit, and a stopped up drain, all of which he was able to handle and get the job done in a timely manner. Would definitely consider hiring again.”

“This is his company do I appreciated dealing with the owner. Always a plus in dealing with a contractor in my experience. Would highly recommend”

“Had a leaking pipe that needed to fixed. Thomas reached out quickly to help me. Had some communication mishaps that were all due to me but he stayed patient with scheduling the fix. Showed me the issue, gave a very reasonable quote to fix, got it done in a very timely manner, and gave me some recommendations for the future if plumbing issues were to arise again.”

“Today (Saturday) I accidentally flushed a cleaning rag down the toilet and it backed up. I called them, they came within a few hours (when they said they would), and charged me nothing! After flushing, the plumber (Chris) said the obstruction had worked its way through the pipe and should be fine. We offered to pay and he said no. He was super nice. We will call them again in future if we need plumbing work.”

“Everyone I’ve dealt with at this company has been very friendly.”

“The company responded and arrived quickly. They were able to take a look and remedy what was wrong same day.”
