“We talked with Larry about purchasing a new heat pump and he went out of his way to help us pick the perfect one. The two workers were very polite and helpful. They went out of their way to get the unit installed. I would highly recommend anyone to check AVU first. You won't be disappointed.”

“Even though he already had a full schedule of calls lined up for the day, he made us a priority and came out on a Sunday to resolve a massive, high-stress plumbing issue for us. He went completely above and beyond, and we could not be more grateful for his help. My husband and I had just moved into our new house only to discover a huge toilet clog that was causing problems throughout the entire home. After we failed to clear it ourselves, we posted the project on Thumbtack, and Austin was the very first to call. Not only did he successfully tackle a really difficult job, but he was also punctual, kept us updated on his arrival time, and followed through until everything was perfectly completed. On top of his incredible work ethic, he is patient and kind. We highly recommend him!"”

“Les and Josh were prompt, courteous, and professional. Great install and explanation of unit operation.”

“I had some work done a bit ago and there isnt anyone who would care more about you and the job than the owner. His attention to detail and efficiency is above and beyond. I would trust him with another project anytime!”
