The kitchen checked out fine with no leaks, and he told me the master bath didn't need any work rather than inventing repairs. He replaced the powder room sink drain (no more leaking), fixed a leaking faucet in the guest bath, and while testing found another sink drain leaking there and replaced that too. He even discovered the pipe underneath was completely misaligned and replaced it at no charge. I felt price was fair for the amount of work. He was professional, honest, no upselling.
