We were having issues with our garage flooding and suspected that the issue had to do with a clogged pipe that was supposed to divert water away from our house. I researched who to contact and found Zoom drain and ended up only reaching out to them because they had great reviews on NextDoor and on Google. It seemed that most customers appreciated their responsiveness, their expertise, and their professionalism. I had a very consistent experience with them - scheduling was very easy and they worked with my schedule and came when they said they would. They found the issue and it unfortunately was a completely collapsed pipe that required more work than I was expecting. Thankfully, they gave me a quote for repair prior to starting the work and returned later that morning to fix the pipe. It has been several weeks and we have had some good rains and we have not had any issues with flooding whatsoever.
