“I heard immediately from Ilobasco Plumbing. The representative was friendly and very accommodating, and was able to give me an appointment for the next day. As scheduled, my plumber arrived on time. He called ahead to say that he was enroute, and identified himself when he arrived. He came in and immediately addressed my problem. He knew exactly what to do, and wasted no time taking care of my leaks. He explained the cause of the problem and demonstrated the solution. He took care of everything beautifully, ensuring that my problem was resolved. He demonstrated how the repair was made and how he had solved my leaks. I am thrilled with his service. His rate was fair, and his terms were agreeable. Ilobasco is my "Go-To" Plumber from now on!”

“I made an appointment with Old Line, and James and the crew arrived on time and, luckily, had the part on hand for repair. During the part installation, James explained some do's and don'ts regarding the furnace. I highly recommend James and Old Line Heating and Air.”
