“He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the repair, and recommended replacing the failed copper section with new PEX piping and fittings. His explanation was thorough, easy to understand, and gave me complete confidence that the job would be done correctly. While he was here, I mentioned that I had a brand-new water softener sitting in my garage waiting to be installed because the water line leak had delayed everything. Without hesitation, Javier offered to connect it as part of the job, saving me from having to schedule another service call. Javier and his father worked together like a well-oiled team. They completed the entire repair—including replacing the damaged water line and connecting my new water softener—in just over an hour. Their workmanship was outstanding, professional, and meticulous. The biggest surprise was the price. Even before applying military and senior discounts, Javier's quote was dramatically lower than the estimate I had received earlier that day from another plumbing company. After the discounts, the total came to about one-third of the other estimate—a price so much more reasonable that I honestly couldn't believe it. Throughout the entire job, Javier and his father were friendly, courteous, and genuinely cared about helping us get our water restored as quickly as possible. It's refreshing to find a company that combines exceptional craftsmanship, honesty, integrity, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service. I don't give reviews like this lightly, but Discrete Plumbing, LLC earned every word. If you're looking for a plumber who takes pride in his work, treats customers with respect, responds quickly in an emergency, and charges a fair and honest price, I cannot recommend Javier and Discrete Plumbing highly enough. Five stars simply aren't enough. They have earned my trust and will be the only plumbing company I call in the future. Highly recommended!”

“I tried fixing it first but p trap was tricky and a lot of water was leaking out so I left the job to the pros. I was hoping for a Saturday appointment but they were able to come Sunday morning. Tech Krista Bagsley did an amazing job! She found the root cause and within 30 minutes the clogg was cleared. She gets 5/5 stars for me. The reason the company gets 4/5 is because they use an AI bot that was sending me extra text messages and was still asking me if I needed a quote even after the job had been completed. They have real human reps but the one that handled my appointment made me feel rushed. I kept saying I did not want 8am - 10pm they were about to dispatch at 8:30. Then we agreed on 10am - 12pm. They called again and said if they stop by in 18min? I said no closer to 12pm. They dispatched at 11:30am. All in all not a bad experience but there's room for improvement. Again, Krista was awesome!”

“I called for a Leaking pipe that had caused some damage. The service I received was Top Notch. From the response time, the break down of what I could expect to the knowledgeable and efficient technician that was sent out. There was no exaggeration of unneeded repairs. They even referred and reached out to water damage specialist which I thought was above and beyond. I Highly recommend Military Plumbing. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs .”

“Also educated me on water pressure, hard water and filtration systems. Very professional.”

“They fixed our leak, adjusted the pipe exactly how we wanted, and replaced a faucetall in just a few hours. Great quality of work, very friendly, and a really good price. I will definitely be using them again!”
