“Overall we had a good experience with SEA Renovation. They did an elevated stamped patio for us. Adam was very communicative and responsive to the numerous questions we had. They were able to do the job quickly before the weather turned which we appreciated. Overall we are happy with the final product. Only a few things kept us from giving perfect score...the initial cost for the project was underestimated and when the subcontractor came out to scope out the project, the cost ended up higher than initially estimated. That said, the cost still came out to be more competitive than other bids that we had gotten from trustworthy companies (we had a few lower bids but there were red flags with those). There were a few other minor things that came up that were taken care of. The project was completed on time and we are enjoying our patio now.”

We recently hired them for a full house remodeling project, and the transformation is incredible. I had suggested a solution to a heating problem, that other contractors said couldn't be done, but NBE made it happen. I felt that Bogdan & Sergiu were invested in the project, as much as I was. They had pride in their work and wanted things done right. They saved me from continuing to live in a hollowed out home, that I spent most of a year+ in. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done well. I'm more than happy with the way things turned out.
