“I especially appreciated how carefully they handled the kitchen restoration, worked through the flooring details with me, and coordinated well with my insurance throughout the process. Alex was professional and easy to work with. The team was fast and flexible. I would definitely recommend Beaver Build!”

“Well definitely hire them again!”

“Overall we had a good experience with SEA Renovation. They did an elevated stamped patio for us. Adam was very communicative and responsive to the numerous questions we had. They were able to do the job quickly before the weather turned which we appreciated. Overall we are happy with the final product. Only a few things kept us from giving perfect score...the initial cost for the project was underestimated and when the subcontractor came out to scope out the project, the cost ended up higher than initially estimated. That said, the cost still came out to be more competitive than other bids that we had gotten from trustworthy companies (we had a few lower bids but there were red flags with those). There were a few other minor things that came up that were taken care of. The project was completed on time and we are enjoying our patio now.”

“If you are looking for a reliable general contractor in the Seattle area, I cannot recommend Anyvision Home Remodeling enough. We recently hired them for a full house remodeling project, and the transformation is incredible. Our scope of work was massive we did a complete kitchen renovation, fully remodeled two bedrooms, and replaced all the exterior siding on the house. What really sets Anyvision apart from other contractors is their communication and respect for your home. Our project manager, Daniel, was absolutely fantastic to work with. From day one, he made sure the team laid down Ram Board everywhere to protect our floors, and Daniel sent us daily video updates showing exactly what progress was made. It took so much of the stress out of living through a major renovation. The craftsmanship in the kitchen is flawless. The tile work is stunning (the crew did incredibly precise miter cuts on all the edges instead of using cheap trim), and the new layout flows perfectly. The two bedrooms were completely updated and finished on schedule, and the new siding has completely transformed our curb appeal. Daniel and the crew (shoutout to Roman and the rest of the team) showed up on time, worked hard, and kept the job site clean. If you need a professional, high-end design-build team for a major renovation, Anyvision Home Remodeling is the company to call.”

“Sergiu was willing to explain things well in email and that helped the project move along with no problems. NBE was able to implement good solutions to problems that came up in the house. I had suggested a solution to a heating problem, that other contractors said couldn't be done, but NBE made it happen. I felt that Bogdan & Sergiu were invested in the project, as much as I was. They had pride in their work and wanted things done right. They saved me from continuing to live in a hollowed out home, that I spent most of a year+ in. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done well. I'm more than happy with the way things turned out. If I could get the refresh button on my wallet to stop sticking, I'm sure I'd be on to the next project with them already.”

“He is a great human being as well. He is always on time and very honest. He takes pride in his work and never fails to communicate. We hired him for a small job but ended up hiring for multiple jobs. We started with our kitchen in July of 2019 and kept on adding jobs until January 2020. He was always reasonable and always professional. We felt like he was family. He was always happy to accommodate any last minute changes we had and was always happy to help. Everyone who worked for him was as pleasant as he was. We will always consider him as first choice when we need anything done from demo, construction, drywall, plumbing and electric work. Thanks a lot for all your help Art.”
