“Taylor came out from Redbird to check out a cracked seal and some other minor issues I had on my roof. After he inspected the roof he showed me pictures of what he found and the options to correct them. There were a couple of things that I was not aware of and he explained the best plan of action. In no way did I feel pressured to get "more" work done than I planned on it felt like he was more educating me and giving me options.Once I agreed to the scope of work Taylor got it all done in a timely manner and cleaned up any messes that occurred during the work.Overall Taylor and Redbird were great and I would highly recommend them.”

“process they displayed honesty, trust worthiness, professionalism, integrity, professional work ethics, scheduling was timely, efficient, detailed, they cleaned all the mess in the gutters and used a medal detector on the grass to ensure all nails were retrieved. They were conscience about the safety on the the roof work. Karen kept ongoing communication throughout the process, which was very appreciated. The roof looks beautiful! Later on, I had an insulation specialist in the attic and he complimented the roof replacement work completed.”

“The work areas were cleaned at the end of each day and the final cleaning was thorough. When rain was coming they protected the roof. There was a lot of roof repair and the piece rate in the contract allowed for this without any drama. Despite extra repair the crew worked only on our job and got done in the time promised. Excellent service.”

“Miguel was also very quick to respond to any messages or questions. We will use them again and would highly recommend J&R Roof Cleaning to others.”

“Best company I have ever work with, reliable and they finished the job on time, I definitely will hire them again.”

“He did a great job cleaning up after. He even power washed the driveway at no extra charge because he had gravel delivered on it.”
