“My wife and I have known Tony for over a year. We were hesitant on deciding if we wanted to get the roof and siding replaced. Didnt know if it would be difficult working with the insurance company. Tony assured us he could handle getting things done.It was a smooth and easy process getting our roof and siding replaced. Tony was very understanding and took the time to explain all the options that were available to us. Watching the Tego team work was amazing. They took photos of the entire project and gave us a link to view them at our leisure. If you need your roof or siding replaced, I HIGHLY recommend Tego. They do great work and will go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied.Thank you Tego for a job well done.Wishing you great success!!P.S. my wife and I think we have the best looking house in the neighborhood.”

“Seth and Mason were very professional. Straight to the point, only paid my deductible roof was scheduled the next week and done in 1 day!!”

“Our home was built in the mid-1950s and was starting to look a little dated in need of a complete exterior refresh.I told the salesman Luke (more of a remodeling consultant/advisor) that I never wanted to paint again and wanted a low maintenance durable solution. Luke spent a lot of time with us helping with ideas without being pushy or aggressively trying to close on a sale. As we were finalizing the project he asked what the most important things were during project planning and execution. I told him communication and trust- American Way exceeded my expectations in both. The project included Hardie Siding, gutters, vinyl soffits, metal wrapped wood trim, a few windows, and replaced a flat rubber roof (damage/leak discovered during install). Oscar, the project manager answered all questions and managed scheduling, crews, and some inevitable change orders along the way (damaged areas discovered during install). He was upfront and honest and always gave me information to make decisions on the changes. He was very responsive to all of our needs and was a huge help. Oscar was extremely efficient the way he managed the entire project (tons of things going on behind the scenes but seamless to the customer). The crews were all professional, friendly, and flexible (had to juggle our dogs in and out of the yard during the day). The attention to detail and workmanship was outstanding. There were a couple other staff members that I talked to over the phone or texted but never met. They were always available to answer questions and give updates- total team effort with a connected staff from start to finish. The results? The house is completely transformed and looks beautiful. Neighbors have stopped by and asked questions and commented how great things look. You wont be disappointed.”

“I couldnt be happier with my experience with Ark Roofing. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on schedule, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. My new roof looks amazing, and they left my property spotless. If youre looking for a roofing company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work, I highly recommend Ark Roofing!”

“Rick was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and just genuinely great to work with. We had a leaky roof, and after all the rain weve had lately, I was definitely starting to panic a little. He came out so quickly, figured out exactly what was going on, and had the problem fixed right away! You just dont find customer service like that everywhere anymore. Rick made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and I will forever be a loyal Harbor Exteriors customer because of it. If youre looking for someone who is responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and actually cares about taking care of their customers, I cannot recommend Rick and Harbor Exteriors enough!Customer service: 10/10Quality: 10/10Overall experience: 1000/10!!”

“Had a shower faucet situation happen right after business hours and called for an appt. Their system took my info and I got a call promptly the next morning and was able to schedule for the same day. Caleb came out and quickly and efficiently fixed our faucet. He also quoted out another repair we had been meaning to get looked at so we could schedule that when time/income permits. Great experience, will absolutely call them again for any plumbing needs!”
