“Very happy with the work Taylor did fixing some problems created by a previous contractor with my attic fan set-up. And the staff worked directly with me to coordinate with the electrician on this complex job. They were eager to do the job and took pains to ensure it was done right, including texting me mid-job photographs while they were in the attic or on the roof. Things are working now like they should. Would recommend them.”

“Great response time, very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend DL Baker Homes LLC for all roofing needs!”

“The team was very easy to work with from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and clearly explained the scope of work and their process before getting started. All of my concerns were addressed, and they took the time to walk me through what was completed afterward. They arrived on time and finished the gutter repairs, gutter cleaning, and roof moss removal efficiently. Overall, a straightforward and well-managed experience.”

“Everyone I talked to was courteous and professional, and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them for any roof repairs. When we need a new roof, I will call them first!”

“The team was professional and courteous during installation. Clean up was good and roof looks fantastic. QC was thorough and identified follow up item. Explanation of the different parts of the roof system by Jody was helpful. Virtual signing of contract and changes was easy.”

“Pacific Ridge did an excellent job on my roof. I really liked that the owner drove out to give me a quote the day we initially spoke, and I live about 90 minutes away from their office.”
