“Very happy with the work Taylor did fixing some problems created by a previous contractor with my attic fan set-up. And the staff worked directly with me to coordinate with the electrician on this complex job. They were eager to do the job and took pains to ensure it was done right, including texting me mid-job photographs while they were in the attic or on the roof. Things are working now like they should. Would recommend them.”

“The team was professional and courteous during installation. Clean up was good and roof looks fantastic. QC was thorough and identified follow up item. Explanation of the different parts of the roof system by Jody was helpful. Virtual signing of contract and changes was easy.”

“Everyone I talked to was courteous and professional, and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them for any roof repairs. When we need a new roof, I will call them first!”

“Ian was great to work with. We’ll hire him again for our next roofing project.”

“I hired Quality 1st Exteriors to replace the rotten framing and siding around my fireplace chimney, repair parts of my roof, and handle several other trim and siding repairs. Jordi got back to me right away and offered fair prices. While on the job, Jordi spotted other issues, showed them to me, explained the consequences of leaving them, and proposed sensible solutions. He explained everything before starting and then did more than we asked. His crew was knowledgeable and with an incredible work ethic. The whole project was done in just a couple of days, and the crew left the place spotless. Highly recommended!!!”

“These guys really do a good job.”
