I ended up not using the company was because the initial bid was higher than the final written bid I received. But I made the decision after I heard the initial bid as this is really an emergency issue as the sewage is flooding the shower. Had I been told of the final written bid over the phone, I would definitely choose the company. Hopefully next time we can avoid the miscommunication. Thanks for the service yesterday. Really appreciated. Will definitely reach out if your service is needed again.”
