“Wow, I'm thoroughly impressed. The inspector of our house said there was a leak from our tankless water heater. We asked Option One Plumbing to come out and give us an estimate. Shannon arrived even a little early and looked at the water heater and saw that the condensation pipe had fallen out. She replaced the pipe and said that the moisture was normal and even expected with a Navien condensing tankless water heater. She was extremely nice and very professional.
