“I needed railings fixed and my stairs tighten due to it being wobbly. He did what he could because come to find out they used cheap wood to make my stairs. He was knowledgeable about material and everything stair related. When it’s time to install new stairs I will be calling him,”

“I hired Josh to hang window coverings that are around 20 feet high. He gladly excepted when other refused due to the height. Josh was prepared and did a great job. We couldn’t be happier. In addition I also asked him to replace some baseboards that required some modification due to a glass wall installation. He returned and installed the baseboards. They look like new. “Oliver and his company were very professional, friendly and above all highly skilled craftsmen. Oliver came out inspected everything and gave me a fair quote. Two days later they returned and performed the install of my new stove. And this wasn't a straight forward install. originally we had a drop in stove in the opening. Now they make very few drop-ins and the ones they do make are $2,000 and up. Plus the opening had to be retrofitted to allow a new stove to fit properly drop in or slide in. I opted or $943 GE slide-in Very nice stove) because it was going to be a lot cheaper than the drop in and I would save a substantial amount of money. Oliver and his team had to not only make the opening wider and deeper which required cutting the tile on the surface both sides and also had to deal with the electrical which with a drop in the receptacle is in the floor and it had to be adjusted underneath my house and installed on the side under the cabinet (very smart) so the slide in could slide in. We are very happy with the result. And in the future if we need any additional renovations we will certainly be using Elevate renovations”

“I bought the Govee permanent lights and SnapTrack channels about a year ago and they sat in the garage while I tried to find someone to install them. Glad I finally found Sakha Outdoor. They installed about 200 ft on the house and did a great job. The channels hide all the wires, and it looks really clean, both during the day and at night. Once we agreed on a price they got me on the schedule quick, and everything was up within a week. They showed up on time and were professional. When something came up they checked with me before going ahead. My rafters weren’t even going around some of the soffit corners, so the track wouldn’t sit perfectly right. They added blocking and got the track close enough that the wires are still hidden and barely notice the transition. I’m very excited to not have to hang Christmas lights on the roof this year. Would definitely recommend them.”
