“He carefully removed all the spindles and trim, numbering each to make replacement easy. With much effort he scraped all those layers away, sanded and applied a non-slip coating. The wood is beautiful! He has great equipment to suck up all the dust and dirt so the rest if my house stayed clean. He also removed the upstairs carpet and i plan to have him come back to refinish those hard wood floors. You can’t go wrong with this company and good price too.”

“Sanchez Construction was very responsive and worked with us on a very quick turn around time as we prepared to list and sell our house. They tore out and replaced the tile in our bathroom. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and the bathroom looks fantastic! They communicate communicated with us throughout to make sure it was what we wanted. The pricing was also very competitive with other companies in the area. We will definitely use them again for any future Construction needs.”
