“I had a wonderful experience with KEDEM HOME BUILDERS from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire project. They listened carefully to my ideas and made sure the work was completed according to my expectations. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The crew arrived on time, kept the work area organized, and treated my property with respect. Whenever I had a question, they were happy to explain the process and provide helpful suggestions. The finished work looks fantastic, and I can honestly say I am very pleased with the results. KEDEM HOME BUILDERS clearly takes pride in what they do. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and quality home-building services. They did a truly well-done job, and I would definitely consider working with them again on future projects.”

“Kohei's workers were professional and extremely productive. By the following Saturday, just 6 days later, all new rafters had been placed in the ceiling and a new TPO roof installed, replacing the previous torch down roof. After the roof was installed, Kohei had a second team install a new and now composite deck. This was complex given the structure of the back room. After the deck was installed, they added and painted new sheetrock on the ceiling in the lower room. Kohei then had a metal fabricator (Luigi), really an artist, hand craft and install a new metal hand railing, which is beautiful. Summary: Kohei and his team were skilled, professional, and hardworking. They got the job done in record time. The quality of the work is impressive and far surpassed what I was hoping for. They adapted their schedule to the terrible October weather. They absolutely stuck to their estimate, which was fair to begin with. The communication was good. And they calmed my panic. If I could give 503 Builders a higher rating than five, the top number, I would. I definitely plan to use them for future jobs.”

“I had way over grown trees and bushes and they did such a good job. I'm so happy with my yard now. They communicated with me very well, they were very nice and professional. The work they did was 10 out of 10. Thank you horizon landscaping.”

“They weeded, trimmed a couple of fruit trees and shrubs, and applied fresh bark. We’re prepping our house to sell, and their work made it look so much nicer!”

“We recently had Juan and a crew from Quality Performance Tree Service come and cut back a huge Laurel Hedge that was about 18-20 ft tall in our back yard.We had estimates from three different companies, all licensed and bonded, and the quote from Quality Performance was 1/3 the price of the other companies.Very simple to connect with the company, Sandra gave prompt responses to calls and texts. The 4 man crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job, which also included going into 3 neighbor's yards to pick up all the hedge debris (after their consent was obtained). They were very thorough, addressed my concerns about some questions re the trim and left the yard spotless.I highly recommend this company, they were flawless and we would definitely use them again.”

“What a great worker Julio was. He helped with all the projects I needed done. I was very impressed with his work ethic.”
