“Shawn responded quickly to my inquiry. He came the next day and was able to identify the issue pretty quickly. He called several resources to obtain the part but since it’s an older tv, the part was not available. He advised that it would be less expensive to replace the tv than trying to locate the part and fix it. His charge for the visit was very reasonable. I definitely recommend his service.”
