“We needed to replace our hot water heater, and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive - from my initial phone call, to the manager who personally came by, to the plumber who came out to complete the installation.Their pricing was in line with other competitors, but it was their customer service and attention to detail that really set them apart. The plumber did an amazing job on the installation, and the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire process was exceptional. We would highly recommend SoGood Plumbing and will definitely use them again!”
