Jorge came out, inspected the attic and told me what I needed. I have R19 and I was able to upgrade to R38. He was very generous, showing me photos of the attic. He was right on time for the appointment. The crew set and were very clean, putting down plastic. He kept me informed during the whole process, letting me know what they were doing and showing me photos along the way. One of the photos showed where the ductwork had pulled apart during a previous remodel and he was able to repair it. He showed me several photos with a ruler to show me the depth of the cellulose installed. He was very polite and personable. I would highly recommend him.”
