“We started noticing water stains on the ceiling near the chimney after heavy rain. The inspection found damaged masonry and worn mortar joints. They repaired the affected areas and addressed the masonry issues contributing to the leak. We appreciated the clear explanation and professional work.”

“I got cited thousands of dollars by other companies for full waterproofing (French drain etc) but I didn’t need it in this case. I paid $600 and happy to report I didn’t have a flooding since. Thank you!”

“I needed rim joist and ceiling insulation done in an unfinished basement. Groundworks did a great job with the installation and cleanup.”

“Called Leblanc waterproofing for help with water in the basement of my 100 year old house with a field stone foundation. They seemed extremely knowledgeable and had a plan to remedy a problem that I wasn't sure I could fix. My basement had a consistant humidity level of 75 to 85 percent, I tried everything I could think of to mitigate the water flow into the house, nothing worked. They Installed a new sump pump and drain outside, including a vapor barrier and cementing the floor to the walls. They had the entire job done in 4 days, and the basement is at 40% humidity always. I can now use that space for storage, and the smell from the basement is gone completely. Overall I am happy with their work, professionalism, and speed of completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone having any sort of drainage issue!”

“Every stage of the project was handled with care and precision. The finished masonry is solid, attractive, and completed with exceptional attention to detail.”

“That is 100% because Don made sure I was fully informed about the process. I would recommend him again and again and I will use him again, should I ever need an inspection for a new place.”
