“GymGuyz has been a wonderful investment for my parents' health. We hired them for in-home personal training, and the experience has exceeded our expectations. My parents have absolutely loved working with Candice. She is enthusiastic, encouraging, and truly invested in their success.Candice has helped them become stronger, provided practical nutrition guidance, and tailors each session to their abilities while motivating them to keep improving. It's been so rewarding to see their confidence and strength grow.If you're looking for a knowledgeable, and compassionate, in-home personal trainerespecially for older adultsI highly recommend GymGuyz, and Candice in particular!”

“It didnt feel rushed or overly technical, more intuitive and attentive. She gives a lot of insights into your patterns and also coaches you on how to work on those.I would definitely go back and recommend her to anyone looking for a more holistic approach.”

“Our experience with Mercedes was OUTSTANDING. I direct an after school program, and Mercedes came to lead a cooking activity with our children. She helped the kids learn how to make three different foods out of an easy-to-make dough. It was by far our kids favorite activity this school year. Mercedes was easy to work with, and she did a fantastic job teaching and engaging with our kids (which is no easy task - they are quite talkative and energetic). I would highly recommend working with her. We can't wait to have her with us again!”

“My shoulder was painful and waking me at night due to extreme overuse as a massage therapist. Wendy treated me about five times, and I was finally able to sleep and use my arm. I also had a deep sense of peace and tranquility during treatment.”
