“We had a great experience with Riley Roof and Exteriors! This was my first time purchasing a new front door. They came out for the quote and explained everything to me from the process of looking at the online catalogue, to picking out each detail and then how the door install would work. I am very indecisive and went back and forth many times. Im sure I was a very annoying customer, but they never once made me feel that way. Any question I had was immediately answered in a friendly and professional manner. Once I finally selected the door and it was time for install, I was amazed at how fast the install went! With snow on the ground, I was worried about having an open hole and letting lots of cold air into my house, but the old door was out and the new door in quicker than I thought! We will certainly be working with them in the future!”

“Our home was built in the mid-1950s and was starting to look a little dated in need of a complete exterior refresh.I told the salesman Luke (more of a remodeling consultant/advisor) that I never wanted to paint again and wanted a low maintenance durable solution. Luke spent a lot of time with us helping with ideas without being pushy or aggressively trying to close on a sale. As we were finalizing the project he asked what the most important things were during project planning and execution. I told him communication and trust- American Way exceeded my expectations in both. The project included Hardie Siding, gutters, vinyl soffits, metal wrapped wood trim, a few windows, and replaced a flat rubber roof (damage/leak discovered during install). Oscar, the project manager answered all questions and managed scheduling, crews, and some inevitable change orders along the way (damaged areas discovered during install). He was upfront and honest and always gave me information to make decisions on the changes. He was very responsive to all of our needs and was a huge help. Oscar was extremely efficient the way he managed the entire project (tons of things going on behind the scenes but seamless to the customer). The crews were all professional, friendly, and flexible (had to juggle our dogs in and out of the yard during the day). The attention to detail and workmanship was outstanding. There were a couple other staff members that I talked to over the phone or texted but never met. They were always available to answer questions and give updates- total team effort with a connected staff from start to finish. The results? The house is completely transformed and looks beautiful. Neighbors have stopped by and asked questions and commented how great things look. You wont be disappointed.”

“Beautiful new roof installed today by @roofprodigy! Pewter.grey shingles and I love it! I have never worked with a friendlier, efficient and conscientious company. From Josh in sales, David the VP who came out with the insurance adjusters, to THE hardest working crew I have ever seen, this company was stellar. A++++. I would highly recommend them! Also a big shout out to @travelersinsurance who was also outstanding to work with. From beginning to end, both companies made this project a breeze.”

“Rick and everyone at Harbor Exteriors were great to work with. We had them replace our roof, fascia, soffit, and install new gutters, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.Rick was easy to get ahold of, answered every question we had, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. You can tell they take pride in their work. The house looks so much better now, and its nice knowing everything was done the right way and should last for years. Finding contractors you can trust isnt always easy, but Harbor Exteriors definitely earned my recommendation. If I ever need exterior work again, Rick will be my first call.”

“The speed, quality, professionalism and extremely fair price were spot-on! There is a reason why CHI has a great reputation.”
