Oscar, the project manager answered all questions and managed scheduling, crews, and some inevitable change orders along the way (damaged areas discovered during install). He was upfront and honest and always gave me information to make decisions on the changes. He was very responsive to all of our needs and was a huge help. Oscar was extremely efficient the way he managed the entire project (tons of things going on behind the scenes but seamless to the customer).The crews were all professional, friendly, and flexible (had to juggle our dogs in and out of the yard during the day). The attention to detail and workmanship was outstanding.There were a couple other staff members that I talked to over the phone or texted but never met. They were always available to answer questions and give updates- total team effort with a connected staff from start to finish.The results? The house is completely transformed and looks beautiful.
