“He quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired the washing machine efficiently, ran full tests, and even ran an actual load to be absolutely certain everything was working properly before leaving. The level of thoroughness and professionalism was outstanding. Reliable, skilled, respectful of time, and genuinely caring. This is the kind of professional you hope to find and keep. Highly, highly recommended.”

“Austin was excellent to work with from beginning to end, he stopped by to check out the repair I needed done and he put his plan together and the next day he showed up on time and got right to work and I couldn't be happier with his quality of work and how well he communicated during the entire process. I would recommend Austin to anyone looking to have work completed and I will be hiring him again in the future.”

“The speed, quality, professionalism and extremely fair price were spot-on! There is a reason why CHI has a great reputation.”
