“Matt came out to do the final walkthru immediately after they finished the install (17 windows in less than a day, which was pretty amazing) and took steps to resolve all the issues we brought up, including ordered a replacement window sash that came damaged from the factory. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Milcon to anyone looking to replace their windows, and in fact have already recommended them to our neighbors!”

“In the end, remember the window/door is only as good as the installer. A good window with a bad installation means nothing.1. initial quote:Who doesnt love a free quote, Yaros team was not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. He was the most detailed in describing the care required during installation and he shared where other companies would likely cut corners. This was confirmed further when questioning other companies on their installation process.2. Project Execution:The ADS team showed up on time each day and worked through the day to complete the project in a timely manner. They were respectful of the house and took additional care in cleaning the job site each day. The project proceeded as scheduled.3. Quality of Work:Excellent, we could not be more pleased. Every gap was foamed. Clean caulk lines and the retrimming work makes everything look brand new. I have no doubt these will be weather proof for years to come.”

“He listened and knew his stuff. I highly recommend them.”

“ROI representatives visited our home today for a free estimate for window replacement. Jerry was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful throughout his presentation. What stood out most was that he did not use any high-pressure sales tactics; instead, he took the time to explain different options and helped us understand what would work best for our needs. We found his proposal to be very reasonable and appreciated the transparency and professionalism he brought to the process. Based on our experience with Jerry, we decided to move forward with ROI for our window replacement project. We look forward to the installation and are confident that the same level of professionalism, quality, and customer service will continue throughout the entire process.”

“Eddie’s team did a great job installing windows and a front door for us. Eddie is very responsive via text at any time of day and doesnt try to pressure you with sales tactics. The team worked fast and the installation looks great. All for a very fair price compared to other window companies.”

“The repair was done quickly, and the window looks brand new. Highly recommend for any glass repair needs!”
