“People in my house are scared of bugs and pests and the noticing of a single rodent pointed to the possibility of there being a whole nest. So everyone freaked out and we called in the closest and first rodent extermination service we could find. There Green Rodent Restoration came to deal with it. They did a full check and found several nests and proceeded to remove them from the place. I was really surprised how we didn't realize their presence sooner.”

“securing and replacing all crawl space screens, Sean returned to review, remove his camera and reassure me that my crawls space was free of raccoons, cats, possums, and all other nocturnal animals. Im overjoyed with the precision, professionalism that Attic Cats provided for their service.”

“Before hiring him, I had estimates from three other pest control companies on Yelp, but none of them gave me confidence that they would truly solve our rat problem or help prevent it from happening again. Most of them only wanted to treat one specific area without taking the time to inspect the entire property or explain why the infestation happened in the first place. Others were termite or pest specialists and didn’t quite understand this problem sufficiently. Marlon was completely different. He thoroughly inspected the entire exterior perimeter of our home, identified how and why the rats were getting in, pointed out vulnerable areas we never would have noticed, and explained exactly what needed to be done immediately to eliminate the problem. He also took the time to educate us as homeowners on preventative measures we could take to greatly reduce the chances of another infestation. That level of care and attention was something none of the other companies offered. Marlon and his assistant were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly hardworking. Communication through both Thumbtack and text was fast, clear, and convenient throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that Marlon genuinely cared about solving the problem correctly, not just finishing the job. He went above and beyond to rodent-proof vulnerable areas, remove nesting material, seal entry points, disinfect, install preventative measures, and make sure we understood every step along the way. He never rushed us, answered every question patiently, and treated our home like it was his own. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and finally have peace of mind knowing the major vulnerabilities around our home have been addressed. If you’re dealing with rats or rodents, don’t waste your time calling around like I did. Hire Marlon. You won’t regret it. 10/10. Outstanding service, professionalism, empathy, communication, and workmanship. Thank you, Marlon and Santos for going above and beyond for our family!”

“They definitely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.”

“The company responded within 24 hours to my Thumbtack request and sent a tech to my house to diagnose the severity of my problem and recommend a fix with pricing. They've done an amazing job! I am VERY happy!!”

“George was quick to respond to my message. He was able to the house despite me not being home. Payment was handled via mobile”
