“She is very knowledgeable and gave me honest recommendations to make the most informed decision for my situation.”

“I was dealing with a stressful rodent issue in my crawl space and had initially received a quote from a large pest control company that felt incredibly overpriced. I reached out to Attic Crawl for a second opinion, and they quoted me almost exactly half the price for even more work! Alex came for inspection and estiamte, and he was incredibly thorough, honest, and straightforward. He didn't use scare tactics or try to upsell me on things I didn't need. When it came time for the actual project, Jesse and his crew were phenomenal. They handled the rodent exclusion, sanitizing, and duct rewrapping with superb quality and professionalism. They even provided the before-and-after photos I requested so I could verify the excellent work without having to crawl under the house myself. If you are in the Bellevue or Greater Seattle area and need crawl space work, do yourself a favor and get a quote from Alex and the team before you sign anything. They deliver top-tier work at a very fair price.”

“I highly recommend Santanas due to my experience with them on pest control and insulation . They communicated well from the beginning and arrived on time. Work quality together with materials used (compared to old materials used by builder) are higher quality and will seem to last longer this time. They informed me of what they saw and gave me options of fixes and corresponding prices. They also took pictures of before and after to prove work completion. I have confidence that the problem I called them for were fixed and were done well.”

“I highly recommend Martin and his crew for attic remediation work! Martin helped us with a comprehensive rodent issue in our attic - from the initial cleanup of droppings to complete insulation removal and sealing every possible entry point. What really impressed me was his thoroughness and commitment to solving the problem completely. He didn't just do the work and leave; he came back multiple times to monitor rodent activity and make sure the issue was truly resolved. His attention to detail in finding and sealing all the holes gave us peace of mind that we wouldn't be dealing with this problem again. Martin was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. We're also very thankful that his pricing was really good - excellent value for such quality and thorough work. If you're dealing with attic rodent issues, Martin is the person to call!”
