“My fridge stopped cooling and all of the larger repair companies I looked at were either unable to provide a rate that I felt was fair, or were not able to give me a specific time they would show up. One company said they would be to my house between 8am and 4pm, meaning I would need to take the day off from Work. Within an hour of using Thumbtack Ox and Axe was on site working on the fridge. A plastic spacer had broken and allowed the fan blade to make contact with the condenser coil. David was able to fix the problem in a very short time. This is just another example of why I prefer small companies like Ox and Axe Appliance Repair. If i could give more stars I would.”
