The cucumber canapes with smoked salmon were the perfect freshness to accompany the rich flavors of tender chicken and melt in your mouth beef spareribs, perfectly roasted baby potatoes and broccoli bursting with flavors of rosemary and garlic, and the fresh pear pistachio salad with the delightful lemon dressing gave it the perfect balance. The chocolate bonbons were a huge hit and were the perfect bite of sweetness for dessert. We received many compliments!Sandra and Nick did a great job at adjusting and got everything set up and ready before our guests began arriving, paying close attention to detail, and ensuring our requests were met. The heating technology used kept our food hot and enjoyable even after everyone had their fill and made clean up a breeze!We look forward to having Taza Bistro at Scottsdale Spectrum in the future.”
