“They checked the BIOS, memory, NVMe SSD performance, graphics drivers, Windows configuration, power settings, Event Viewer, and hardware sensors to rule out potential issues before narrowing down the problem. They explained every step in plain English, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was actually affecting the system rather than recommending unnecessary repairs. It was refreshing to work with a team that prioritizes proper diagnostics, and my computer is now running the way it should.”

“After the full diagnostic we found out its a hardware issue and need to replace the part for my printer. Thank you!”

“The team at ZapAssist was patient and helpful throughout the process of upgrading my old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 11. They guided me through each step and made sure the setup was completed correctly. I really appreciated their clear instructions and support.”

“They finished assembling a computer for me when I ran out of time to spend on it. It was finished in one day saving me a week of effort. It looks good and works great.”

“Just a few short words concerning my experience with Russ, Habby & Wessley, I spent much time with these three over the last two days trying to get my two computers to work properly. They were kind considerate and extremely helpful. They did the job I was hoping to get done and did it with patience and knowledge. I thank the team for your help!! (Bill Ashworth)”

“Because I have a dog not used to strangers I I asked him to come in through the garage so I could hold her With a brief description of where the computer was he went right to work and in a short time he had it fixed”
