“They checked the BIOS, memory, NVMe SSD performance, graphics drivers, Windows configuration, power settings, Event Viewer, and hardware sensors to rule out potential issues before narrowing down the problem. They explained every step in plain English, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was actually affecting the system rather than recommending unnecessary repairs. It was refreshing to work with a team that prioritizes proper diagnostics, and my computer is now running the way it should.”

“Steve repaired my computer/printer issue remotely. He also addressed the virus issue on my laptop.”

“Brad assisted me with purchase and installation of new computer. He showed up when he said he would and made the install simple for me.”

“Was very helpful! Even after he left, he was reachable via text in case I had another issue or had any questions. Will def use again!”

“Highly recommend Brett and his company. I was in a pinch and my computer had been giving trouble for quite a while and he built me a new computer, came to my house and set everything up and answered all my questions before he left. Knows his stuff. No amateur here. Save headache, time and money and do not use Grandson's Tech Service over Redbird. I used them in the past and it took 3 separate trips to hook up my new printer. I was even told I needed a new, new printer, which I purchased but didn't need to. Brett is the best tech person you'll ever need!”

“Did express the professionalism with patience and knowledge about the computers to fix my problems, I found it completely worth my money!”
