“They checked the BIOS, memory, NVMe SSD performance, graphics drivers, Windows configuration, power settings, Event Viewer, and hardware sensors to rule out potential issues before narrowing down the problem. They explained every step in plain English, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was actually affecting the system rather than recommending unnecessary repairs. It was refreshing to work with a team that prioritizes proper diagnostics, and my computer is now running the way it should.”

“After the full diagnostic we found out its a hardware issue and need to replace the part for my printer. Thank you!”

“He was very professional, knowledgeable and went the extra step to insure quality of work. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends looking for a reliable computer guy who is reasonably priced.”

“The team at ZapAssist was patient and helpful throughout the process of upgrading my old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 11. They guided me through each step and made sure the setup was completed correctly. I really appreciated their clear instructions and support.”

“OMG UKË IS AMAZING! I don’t do google reviews, but he went above and beyond to fix my PC! I should gatekeep, so he doesn’t become super booked and busy, but yall he’s hella trustworthy! He reassured me with his professionalism, quick updates and responses. Just from the pictures I sent of the problem, he was able to guess the issue. He fixed it, but unlike other techs, he stayed a while longer to run my computer a few times, and make sure it was truly fixed. Sure enough the root of the problem was still there. Ukë explained and exercised every avenue, before resorting to drastic means. He even went to get my new part and install it for me! Booted it up an everything! And even then! He stayed! So if nothing else he ensures his work is complete. BOOK HIMMMM!!!! (The first 2 pics is Debrah frozen and about to be my first Frankenstein project, the last one is her happy and fixed😌💗)”

“From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. This team responded to my computer questions immediately and resolved my issue. Couldn’t ask for better service. Five stars for customer satisfaction!”
