“They checked the BIOS, memory, NVMe SSD performance, graphics drivers, Windows configuration, power settings, Event Viewer, and hardware sensors to rule out potential issues before narrowing down the problem. They explained every step in plain English, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was actually affecting the system rather than recommending unnecessary repairs. It was refreshing to work with a team that prioritizes proper diagnostics, and my computer is now running the way it should.”

“I am 65 and almost never write reviews. I used to work at Best Buy so the "Geek Squad" was all that I knew. Having to make an appointment, speak to a "clerk" about my issues (not the technician) and have my computer back in days is definitly "old school". I found Tanner on "Thumtack". Within seconds we were texting. Within minutes I had my "Chrome" browser back with virus protection to boot. (I literally did not leave my seat from start to finish). If you have software issues, get with the program and call Tanner.”

“The team at ZapAssist was patient and helpful throughout the process of upgrading my old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 11. They guided me through each step and made sure the setup was completed correctly. I really appreciated their clear instructions and support.”

“The tech, Sean was very professional. He also was patient. He was able to repair my laptop. He also gave some great advise/ tips.”

“Rikki was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and got my computer up and running efficiently again, fixed my printer, and great to work with! Would definitely recommend!!”

“Geeks on Site is always on top of things and their guys are always so polite and very knowledgeable. I have peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue with my computer, they're there. I really appreciate them and the experience has been super.”
