“After spending 4 unsuccessful hours with 2 Microsoft customer support agents, SJK Creative & Tech resolved my Microsoft 365 problem and several others in less than 90 minutes! SJK provided live telephone support and a secure remote computer link—even after hours!—which was fantastic. Personal, friendly, knowledgeable—and reasonably priced—service; what more could you want? I just found my “go to” technical support team!”

“Hector was prompt and was able to fix my computer as promised. He spent extra time with me to explain some changes that occurred after the fix and reinstallation of some software. I would definitely use him again if necessary.”

“He came in, listened to my need/wants and checked all my equipment to see what we needed to order to accomplish the project. When all new equipment is received the tech will return to install/setup and verify I’m now able to use my computer after Windows 10 ceased to work.”

“Just a few short words concerning my experience with Russ, Habby & Wessley, I spent much time with these three over the last two days trying to get my two computers to work properly. They were kind considerate and extremely helpful. They did the job I was hoping to get done and did it with patience and knowledge. I thank the team for your help!! (Bill Ashworth)”

“I highly recommend PC Therapy!”

“I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”
