Oran Cohen says, “After a long search for the right contractor GreenStar Construction was recommended to us by our neighbors who have hired them last year to rebuild their entire house. Our project was smaller, however it required a lot of attention to details. We remodeled our kitchen, 2 baths, new floor, and painted the exterior and interior. GreenStar did great work on our project, they were punctual, on time, communication was good and the work was completed ahead of schedule. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.”
Tanaz V. says, “They made the entire custom home building process smooth and stress-free, delivering a beautiful, personalized home that perfectly suits my style and needs. Highly recommended!”

Max Lin says, “Bar is an excellent contractor : knowledgeable, professional, and extremely easy to work with. From the very beginning, he communicated clearly, explained the process in detail, and gave me real confidence that the project was in good hands.I had a difficult experience with my previous contractor, who lacked the proper knowledge and skills to install the deck correctly and didnt fully understand the materials needed to finish the job properly. When I reached out to Bar, he responded immediately. He quickly assessed the situation, understood exactly what needed to be done, and knew right away which materials and steps were required to complete the deck the right way.Throughout the project, Bar was responsive, organized, and proactive. He even identified an uneven stair issue left behind by the previous contractor, explained the problem clearly, and took care of it without hesitation. Thanks to him, I didnt have to worry about anything he handled everything professionally and confidently.I highly recommend Bar to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, contractor. If there were a 6-star rating, I would gladly give it.”

Bin and his crew did several projects in my house including removing the old and laying a new concrete and retaining walls in my backyard, replacing the damaged deck, new paint in my house and install a sunroom.. They did an amazing job and finished within their quoted time. The new deck and new concrete floor look amazing and I will hire them again for more work in our front yard.”

Rachel C. says, “Once the permit was issued and building started, TechLine went to town with A+ performance and attitude. They were very competent, showed up every single day, worked fast, and were respectful and friendly with all questions and unexpected things that came up. I tried to visit the house every day or two to make sure things were as I wanted, and TechLine was fine with this. It helped move the project along and answer any questions quickly as they came up. I am thankful they were gracious about this oversight because I could see some contractors feeling cramped with this approach. For me, it really ensured the project turned out how I wanted it. We added to the project as we went when we saw opportunities, and they were always reasonable in their pricing and fast to execute. The end result is fantastic - the house is airtight, the finishes are just what I wanted, and we're very happy with it. Re: timing, we had to move out and were worried about doing construction during the rainy season, so we wanted it done fast. The whole project was done in 3 months as promised, even though we added to the scope as we went. My neighbors were amazed by how fast it went, and one neighbor subsequently hired them for a project. I did hire a separately licensed electrician to do the rewiring, which I was not so satisfied with, and probably should have had TechLine do the electrical too. Overall, I highly recommend TechLine. Thanks to Lorena, Ben and Jose and team for helping us make our house so much nicer. I would definitely hire them again.”
