“Sea Renovation just completed a deck project at my house. First, I met with Tom, who discussed design, cost, and available products. He attentively listened to my preferences and offerred helpful suggestions. All aspects of the project were discussed upfront, including payment, scheduling, and product selection and availability. I had received estimates from other companies and their quoted price was competetive. After I decided to move forward with them, they quickly demolished and hauled away the old deck, then immediately began the constuction of the new deck. The work crew was always on time and worked conscientiously. Their work was of high qualiity and thoroughness with apparent advanced knowledge and skills in construction! At the end of each day, the work area was cleared of debris. My new deck is attractive, solid, and exactly what I wanted. There were no unexpected problems or delays. I will use Sea Renovation for future construction projects!Big thanks to Tom and the team!!!”

“Covered deck off the kitchen in Bothell. Probably one of the better things we've done to the house. I can finally grill when its raining which around here is basically all the time lol”

“We had a total deck rebuild using composite material, and these guys were great. Top quality work, good attention to detail, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!”

“I worked with David and the team at NW Expert Builders in Seattle, and they did an incredible job on my backyard. They designed and built a Trex composite deck that wraps around my home, featuring a custom privacy wall, Trex decking, cable railing, and a waterproofing rain escape system that creates a dry, usable area under the deck. The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Every detail of the composite decking installation was handled with care, from design to final build. My new backyard deck has completely transformed my outdoor living space, making it perfect for relaxing and entertaining year-round. If you’re searching for reliable Seattle deck builders who specialize in Trex composite decks, privacy walls, cable railing, waterproof deck systems, and outdoor living space design, I highly recommend NW Expert Builders. David and his crew delivered a project that is both functional and beautiful, adding lasting value to my home.”

“Overall, the experience was amazing. Ann, the project manager, especially has been super easy to work with. She is responsive, takes feedback and implements them right away, she is compassionate, understanding, and just an amazing person in general! I had my deck redone, kitchen remodeled, garage work, expanded one of our bedrooms, and most importantly the siding and made the front of the home look especially gorgeous and definitely now have the nicest looking house on the block!”
