“The plumber arrived on time and was completely professional and courteous. He also fixed something that was not originally planned but needed and did not charge us for extra labor. We would definitely hire this company again. Perfect, top notch service!”

“Allen and Mark were at my home during the time frame I was given. They were professional, neat, respectful, and pleasant. They changed out my old sump pump, that was not working, for the new one I purchased. Allen told me that their work is guaranteed, and that if there was a problem with the new sump pump they would return to my home. Do not hesitate to hire, Plumbing Management Services Management, should you need plumbing work.”

“If we need a plumber again, we’d call this company and I would not hesitate to refer Illinois Sewer and Drain to neighbors and friends.”

“Very happy to have a working shower after a few other plumbers tried and failed. Handle fixture would only come out scolding or freezing, and it’s an old building , but Vitalii was much quicker than I thought fixing the issue!”

“They fixed a leak coming from behind my hot water heater. Turned out to be an easier fix than I thought. They repaired the line going to the hot water heater and had it fixed the same morning they came out. They even helped me clean up my stuff that had gotten wet. Thank you guys for being awesome at what you do.”
